Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
