Each custom PC undergoes a rigorous 48-hour stress test and optimization process. Most orders are assembled and shipped within 5-7 business days.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Zach's Tech Turf custom builds come with a 1-year comprehensive hardware warranty. Individual components may also carry extended manufacturer warranties.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened peripherals and components. For custom-built systems, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the unit is defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international regions in the near future.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account dashboard to view real-time updates on assembly and shipping.
