DIAGNOSTIC FINDING: The MSI Ventus 3x RTX 3080 was found to not successfully POST or Boot whatsoever with a VGA Debug LED coming up every time. No further diagnosis has been performed. Connecting these parts to working components may lead to permanent damage to those other components.

CONDITION: Non-working. Cosmetically, the GPU is in good condition with no visual damage. See photos for actual condition.
